Yates Surrender Mosskiller contains the active ingredient Benzalkonium Chloride. It works quickly upon contact with the target organisms, causing them to dehydrate and die. This leads to visible results within a short period, often within hours or days. Benzalkonium Chloride is a cationic surfactant, meaning it disrupts the cell membranes of a wide range of microorganisms, including algae, lichen, liverwort, and moss. This makes it a versatile solution for controlling various types of unwanted growth.
The formulation of Yates Surrender Mosskiller includes surfactants that help the active ingredient penetrate and spread across the surfaces of the target organisms. This ensures thorough coverage and maximizes the effectiveness of the treatment.
